Where to Find the Med-Tek Research Lab in Fallout 4 (Hidden Location) is inside a basement near Goodneighbor. It is a secured science site with containers and notes. Studies indicate this spot rewards careful scavengers.
Another entrance lies behind a loose wall near Rosie's Den. Follow the slope downward to reach the main lab room. Research shows linear paths sometimes hide branching shortcuts to loot.
Look for laser traps and doors locked at higher skill. Bring lockpicks, a small gun, and flashbangs for cleaner runs. One line takeaway: clear the route, grab chems, then vanish fast.
Q: Can I miss this lab on first visit? Yes, markers are subtle, and doors blend with walls.
